WeAreHumanity — A Collective Meditation on Humanity
Live from Venice, June 2026
Venice, Italy — DOM Art Residency at ECC-Personal Structures 2026, Palazzo Bembo is pleased to present WeAreHumanity, a live, month-long artistic project by Lilli Muller, unfolding throughout June from her studio in Venice. This immersive initiative invites the public into an intimate, real-time exploration of the artist’s creative process, environment, and evolving body of work.
WeAreHumanity culminates in a final exhibition at the DOM Container at Palazzo Bembo at the end of June, presented in the context of the 61st Venice Biennale. The work stands as a collective reflection on human connection, presence, and shared experience.
Through a continuous live feed, visitors will experience a unique journey into Muller’s artistic practice, including reflections on her history, her studio life, and the surrounding city. Central to the project is studio visit and /or active participation: audiences are invited to engage in live body casting sessions, contributing plaster casts of arms, legs, and heads that become integral elements of the final artwork. The project also fosters open dialogue, shared contemplation, and collaborative creation among participants and fellow artists.
FREE PARTICIPATION AND / OR STUDIO VISIT:
Open to the public by free reservation. Visitors may observe the artistic process in real time, engage in conversation, and can participate directly in the creation of the work.
